FAQ
Q: I am considering the purchase of a van for conversion to transport my wife in her wheelchair. Does it matter which vehicle I buy?

Q: I have suffered a stroke and have difficulty walking, but feel I could still drive with the use of hand controls. Do you supply them?

Q: I am in the market to buy a wheelchair accessible van to transport my elderly uncle in his wheelchair to and from his doctor. When I no longer require the vehicle, can you direct me in how to sell it?

Q: My son uses a wheelchair. Until now I have lifted him into the car, but he is now 10 years old and too heavy for me to continue lifting. I have seen wheelchair accessible vans and know that it is our solution, but I am on a fixed income. Any suggestion

Q: I have a new mini-van that I am considering converting into a wheelchair accessible vehicle. What happens to the warranty on my vehicle if you lower the floor?

Q: What happens if my wheelchair accessible vehicle needs repair? What if Iive outside the city, or province, or country?

Q: I need mobility solutions to my transportation problems, but I don't know where to start. Can you help?

A: Yes we do. It is required , however, that you attend a driving assessment centre for evaluation and training. Unless you are already approved for driving with hand controls, we require a prescription from a driving assessment centre to permit us to install the controls in your vehicle.
